Here’s the Quick Version of the Method

1. Rhythm Starts With Breath

Once you’re warmed up, insert the Fuse and try this:

  • Inhale as you draw it out
  • Exhale as you press it in
  • Slow, intentional, not mechanical

As you move deeper, the vibration increases — that’s your cue to stay present.

This builds interoception (your ability to feel inside your body), which is key for orgasmic control.

Once you feel your rhythm, start noticing:
